1. Information Collection and Use

We believe in data minimization. We do not require you to register an account, and we do not collect personal identifiers like your name, phone number, or email address.

• Approximate Location (IP Address): To provide a localized experience, the app detects your approximate location (Country level only) using your IP address via a GeoIP service. This is used solely to show you "Your Country's Radio Channels" and is not linked to your personal identity.
• Advertising ID: For the purpose of showing ads via Google AdMob, the app may access your device's Advertising ID. This helps provide relevant ads and prevents fraudulent activity.
• Technical Data: We may process non-identifiable technical information such as device model, OS version, and playback performance data to improve app stability.
• Local Data: Your "Favorites" list and your detected country code are stored strictly on your device's local storage (using Room Database) and are never uploaded to our servers.

2. Third-Party Services

To provide a full entertainment experience, FM Radio: Live Entertainment uses verified third-party providers who may collect data according to their own privacy policies:

• Radio-Browser API: An open-source community directory used to fetch radio station streams and metadata.
• GeoIP API (ip-api): Used to detect your country code based on your network connection.
• FlagCDN & Coil: Used to display country flags and station logos.

3. Foreground Services & Background Playback

This app uses Android Foreground Services to ensure your radio stream continues playing while you use other apps or when your screen is locked. A persistent notification is shown to keep you in control, allowing you to play or pause the stream at any time.

4. Children's Privacy

Our services do not target and are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

5. Your Rights and Data Control

Since World Streaming does not store your data on our own servers, you have full control. You can delete all locally stored data by clearing the app cache/data in your device settings or by uninstalling the application.
